I have always been interested to experiment with different shapes and volumes combining those elements with the human figure. I love to try to create an emotion for the audience to contemplate. Sometimes it can have a sense of irony, humor, or sometimes it can be metaphorical.

"Brainwash"
Bronze 2018

From the new series called "Contemporary obsession"
This sculpture is part of a new series. She is staring at her cell phone (note, it could have been a “he”) and her head is a washing machine! We have become so addicted to technology and overwhelmed by the flow of information and misinformation – that it has it has become easier in some circumstances to become “brainwashed.”

"Untitled"
Bronze
“Untitled” was created in 2007. It’s the first of a series of legs that I designed during this time. I have always been captivated by the beauty and complexity of the human figure and also fascinated by architectural shapes in urban landscapes. In this sculpture, I combine the two elements until the piece reflects a refined aesthetic, something I can only describe when I am visually satisfied.
It won “Best in Show” at the Carmel Art Festival in 2007.
