Commission Policy
Once we agree upon design, the process is as follows:

Deposit – A non-refundable deposit covering materials cost before work begins.

Payment Schedule – The remaining balance will be due in one or more installments, with the final payment required upon completion and prior to delivery or installation.

Revisions – Minor adjustments during the design phase are included. Significant changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

Timeline – Completion dates are estimates and may vary due to casting, fabrication, or foundry schedules. Clients will be updated regularly.

Ownership & Copyright – The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights. The client owns the physical sculpture once paid in full.

Delivery & Installation – Shipping, delivery, and installation costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation – If the client cancels the commission after completion of the sculpture, all costs of materials to date must be paid in full.
